A chain of prayers for each and every team member around the world is scheduled for Monday evening the 18 September to Tuesday 19 September 2006

Central to the gathering is an adoration night and a chain of prayers scheduled to begin on the night of Monday the 18th and finish on Tuesday 19th September and intended to bring together the pilgrims and other team members around the world.

At Lourdes, the night adoration will take place under a pavillon located in the open ground of the Sanctuary. Couples are invited to spend time in adoration of the Lord.

We suggest that each and every END couple in their home, around the world, takes also a minimum half-hour adoration on that night so that the chain of prayers is continuous. (Please refer to the prayer for the Beatification of Henri Caffarel)

This chain of prayers will start on Monday 18 September at 10.30 p.m., following the commemorative mass for Father Caffarel, and will end at 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 19 September (local time in Lourdes).
Taking into account the time difference between Lourdes and other parts of the world, it is suggested that couples at home join in the chain of prayers as indicated on the table. Thus at any time of the adoration night, the couples at Lourdes can be in communion with the couples from their respective country.

 

This chain of prayers will bring us together and will give us the opportunity to pray in unity for our children, families, and our priests, for the Church, and the whole mankind.
