The first step in setting up our working committee was to take the Lord on board. We then called on the Holy Spirit while conducting a brainstorming session to match people with right competencies and charisma required for the various tasks. As soon as the list was complete, we took the next step that of putting our ideas and recommendations into actions.
Simple calls such as"would you do us a favour, etc, etc"?
have done amazing things for us. We have been invited for lunch, dinner
or even invited to stay overnight. Obviously we felt much at home with
people we know and a little bit hesitant with the ones we met for the
first time. However, in teams, we always feel welcome. We made 14 calls,
got 14 positive responses and here we are with the most wonderful team.
