This is a team which is composed of 4 - 6 couples and a spiritual counsellor (chaplain), who work collegially, and have overall responsibility for the movement. The period of service is six years. The composition of the members of the International Leading Team reflects the international character of the movement.The members do not represent their own countries. The team chooses one of its couples to be the Leading Couple, whose task is to animate the movement; the period of service is also six years, and they are the official representatives of the movement.
The International College is composed of the members of the International Leading Team and of the Super-Regional Couples. The college is an example of reflection and the exchange of views, designed to promote at the international level a collegial exercise of general responsibity for the the Teams of Our Lady. It meets once a year for a work session lasting several days, to which Regional Couples from Isolated Regions and Regional Co-Ordinators are periodically invited; and so they can also participate in the reflections of the college. At all levels of responsibility within the movement, the periods of service are of limited duration.
A Sector is generally composed of 10 to 15 teams. The size can vary this way or that according to the geographical context. A sector team, made up of 5 or 6 couples and a spiritual counsellor (chaplain), is responsible for the animation of team life in a sector. The Sector Couple is called to serve by the Regional Couple for a period of three years. They choose the other members of the sector team.
The Super-Region is composed of several Regions of the same country, or of the Regions of neighbouring countries constituting a group of around 200 teams. There is a Super-Regional Team in which there are 5 to 6 couples and a spiritual counsellor (chaplain), and together they are collegially responsible for the animation of team life in a Super-Region. The Super-Regional Couple is called and chosen by the International Leading Team; their period of office is 5 years. They choose the other members of the Super-Regional Team and are themselves members of the International College of the Teams of Our Lady.

It orients our lives towards doing good and being happy, towards fulfilling relationships with you and others. O God, who knew how to stop on the seventh day, in order to make sense of the whirlpool of creation, let me discover, in re-reading the story of my life, how You make yourself present, how through what others did for me, through decisions I took, choices I made, you made yourself known without imposing yourself in an obvious fashion, but as a loving presence.
