This is a letter sent periodically by the International Leading Team to each couple who are in Teams of Our Lady. It establishes close links, and is a good means of circulating information among members. Together with this letter, among other things, there is an editorial, plus texts of prayers, news of teams, reports and articles for reflection.

Each team is composed of 4 to 6 married couples and a spiritual counsellor (chaplain), who freely decide to be part of the movement of Teams of Our Lady, to respect its spirit, and to put into practice its suggestions. The team is the basic cell of the movement of Teams of Our Lady. Members of the team meet each month in a friendly atmosphere, and each year they elect a couple to be "in charge"- the Responsible Couple.

This is the monthly meeting of the team, during which the members pray in the presence of God, eat a meal and share the most important events of the past month, and their efforts to make progress with the endeavours. Then they exchange views on the study topic, on which they have reflected during the month.
